Truth be known, don’t worry until you have something to worry about. I know that statement may be a bit harsh, because maybe you are the type of person who, when things are going really great, begins to get spooked and begins to think some unforeseen problem will come along to spoil everything.
If you think worrisome thoughts, guess what, that’s what you will attract!
Another example perhaps could be when someone does not arrive on time or something does not happen right on schedule, you immediately panic and think the worst! Yes, you may have some insecurities or self-doubt, but respond with patience.
However, whatever the case maybe, think of the hundreds of times your worrying has proved unwarranted and energy draining.
Work on raising your vibrations, increase your energy with the intention that things will be just fine, and the overwhelming odds are, that this time will have a happy and joyful ending as well!
Now relax, celebrate your life, respond not react and stop worrying!
