The reality is we mistakenly pursue the dreams we had as children, which can often be unachievable or sadly unfulfilling, rather than revisiting the carefree wondrous life we actually lived.
Another reality is that some clients who wanted to feel like a kid again started chasing after expensive "toys" and vain fantasies, called middle age crazy. This is not the way to go forward celebrating your life, people!
I coach them into finding an alternative.
For instance, live simply, laugh a lot, work at what you love, be spontaneous , stomp around in puddles after it rains, do fun things with your family and just be silly!
Celebrate life , be a kid again, build memories!
