This is a frequent Life Coaching dilemma, a client will ask " Am I making myself stressed out?"
My reply " What do you think?. They reply, "Well just the fact I had to ask the question, I think I must be."
they go on to explain how they are taking life to seriously or they need to reassess what is stressing them.
They find within themselves that they know the point at which it is time to ask that critical question. So they can call a time out and respond to avert a far worse scenario from starting.
In my Life Coaching, my clients gain this sixth sense, which takes some practice but once learned, asking yourself, "Am I making myself stressed out?" They can avoid virtually every potential stressful situation they may face.
They come away with their rope with very neatly knotted ends.
